Cylinder Tubes
High tensile honed cold drawn seamless tubes and cold drawn welded tubes. Made from carbon steel with a range of different strengths available—higher pressures require stronger steels and thicker cylinder walls. We offer machined tubes as per required dimensions.
Piston Rods
High tensile ground & polished hard chrome plated rods. The cylinder rod needs to be highly resistant to pitting, corrosion, and wear. We ensure high-quality materials with Hard Chrome Plating and offer even more hard-wearing coatings for extreme conditions.
Glands
Precision threaded glands are critical for long hydraulic cylinder life as they enclose the pressure from the other end of the barrel. We offer a wide range including cap flange, gland trunnion, and gland clevis. Size is determined by bending stress resistance required.
Pistons
High tensile steel for heavy duty applications. The piston ensures the low-pressure and high-pressure areas never meet. Our pistons are precision machined to fit rubber or metallic seals for single-acting or double-acting configurations.
End Caps & Mounts
Mounting methods play an important role in cylinder performance. Fixed mounts on the cylinder centerline are best for straight line force transfer and avoiding wear. We offer flanges, trunnions, clevises, and lugs as common mounting options.
Ports
Our range of weldable threaded ports are accessories suitable for manufacturing single and double acting hydraulic cylinders. Made from high quality steels and custom machined to customer requirements. Available in a wide range of sizes, shapes, and forms.
