The extra steps we take to guarantee quality products set us apart from the competition, our Painting process is one of them. We have a complete conveyorised painting system which has in-built cleaning stations and iron phosphate pre-treatment station. Our wash system is capable to achieve superior results. The hydrualic cylinders after cleaning, are then carefully painted with 2 k system Polyurethene primers and top coat as per the customer specifications. The cylinders are then enter the baking oven and are baked at 80 degree celcius for better adhesion properties.
Our quality department's care and control extends to the Packing and shipping activities as well. We inspect the painted cylinders for Pre-despatch inspection and then carefully label and pack them as per their shipping modes. We design and manufacture our packaging and also have trusted suppliers to manufacture according to our designs. The cylinders are individually packed using corrugated liners and packed in heat treated wooden boxes. We ensure the products reach our customers safely.
